My research focuses on machine learning and data mining with its applications to medical informatics/prospective health care, social networks, bioinformatics, distributed systems/sensor networks, and business analytics. I direct the Data Inference Analysis and Learning Lab (DIAL) and co-direct the University wide Interdisciplinary Center for Network Science and Applications (iCeNSA).
