    Call for Posters

The fourth annual CSE Student Research Symposium (CSE-SRS) will take place on November 3rd, 2009. We invite CSE graduate students and undergraduate students who are participating in research to consider presenting a poster.

Each student who contributed to research projects during the previous academic year or summer is eligible to participate. Each student is allowed to be the primary author on one submission (and can be contributor/co-author to other students' posters). Each submission needs to be endorsed by the research advisor. A submission could have more than one author.

The submission deadline for posters is October 27th. The submission should include a two-page extended abstract of the research and 8-12 Powerpoint slides (8 1/2" X 11"). Please send your submissions to cse-srs@cse.nd.edu. Students will be provided with material for mounting their posters and they are responsible for setting up the posters before the beginning of the event. The symposium will take place on November 3rd between 2-5pm in the engineering building. Best Poster Presentations based on faculty votes and students votes will be selected and will receive an award (cash and plaques) during an award ceremony to be held in the spring semester.

    Submission Instructions

Submit a two-page abstract (ps or pdf) to cse-srs@cse.nd.edu.
