Homework Six – Analysis of the Supreme Court decision
on the Child Pornography Protection Act (CPPA).
In April of 2002, the
Supreme Court ruled that sections of the Child Pornography Protection Act of
1996 were unconstitutional. Read the
Supreme Court ruling in this case, and write a short (two pages) position paper
either in support of or against the court’s decision. Come to class prepared to present your
analysis and answer questions.
